Dhin'z Bday- a sudden get together

 


It was Dhini's B'day last Wednesday. It was like a sudden get together for the indo peepz... who would wanna resist the soto bandung... huh? hehehe... or any indo foods actually... heyyy!!! we're starving for indo foods... mom! help help! help! ;p

It was a holiday in Malaysia last thursday, so we had the gigaset training till around 12nn. Went to watch Guess Who in G4. got really nuthin' to do... so i was just strolling around the mall... argh... i had to wait til 7 pm for my dance practice in the indo embassy. I'll be performing "Puspanjali" for a charity dinner at Zen garden, Greenbelt, this coming April 28th.

Most of my friends are now out of town, enjoying their weekend. Some went to Baguio and some went to Puerto Gallera. hiks! i kinda envy them... i really need fresh air. guess where i am now... today is Saturday, and i'm here at the office. planning to meet teh Maria later at 2 pm in Greenbelt to check out the place. so i was thinking of just updating my blog. I might go to national book store later, i wanna buy all the materials needed for my canvas painting. I'll start on my hobby again. It's one way of escapism... tryin' hard to escape from the stress of daily life... phew...

Nina's Concert @ Hardrock Cafe

Hei Hei Wazzup?! Yeah it’s time to update my blog. Hip hip horaaay… I’m done with the term. I was supposed to have a long weekend, (Saturday and Sunday… but I call this long) coz I used to have classes on Saturdays. But hiks! It’s my turn to take Saturdays shift at work… at least for the whole summer. But that’s ok, I’ll be having half days on one of the working days per week. At least I’ll have enough time to process my school enrollment. Not that bad really…

Anis and JJ picked me up right after work and we headed to Ka Leli and Bang Ical’s house for lunch. They’ve moved to a new condominium somewhere near Shopwise. Met Bang Jo, Natalie and Tasha of course. Out of the conversation, we decided to watch Nina’s concert at Hardrock café last Saturday evening.

Asked Bang Jo if we could bring Tasha home, so we could play around, and will later return her home. Tasha was so excited to hang out at our place. Guess what?! While watching Disney channel, we played make-up. Anis put some pink eye shadow, lipstick and blush on her. And it’s Tasha’s turn to revenge. She was the one who put make up on me and Anis. Look what she has done. Eye shadow of different colors all over my eyes, forehead and even my nose. Blush-on on my entire cheeks and an eye liner she used to draw whatever. But she finally told me that I look pretty with my make up on. Ohhh… I then realized, maybe she is right =) you notice the white sleeveless and pink shorts that she is wearing? That’s mine! Hahaha… Tasha is a 3 year old chubby girl, and my outfit fits her. I wanna have a baby like Tasha… she is damn cute!!!

 


Ok, it was time to take a bath and head to Tasha’s house. We were supposed to drop her home and go out with her Mommy and Daddy, but she didn’t want to be left at home, so she was brought along to watch Nina’s concert. She fell asleep before the concert anyways… it was already her bed time. I’ve included some pictures here… it was a fun evening, the show and the dinner were great… especially it was JJ’s treat! Yahoo… it feels good after payday, burn cash!!! thanks Je! =)

And on Sunday, welcome back to reality… stayed at home, doing house chores. Went to Glorietta in the evening, treated Anis and JJ with my *bux voucher, met Cindy, Nancy and Reyda right there, had a little chit chat. Watched Wedding Date, courtesy of Anis, went home and zzz zzz…

Asian Formula 3, Batangas Racing Circuit, Philippines

A free VIP ticket to watch Asian Formula 3? Hmm I wouldn’t think twice… especially I’m over with finals… a trip to Batangas along with the rest of the Indo peepz sounds cool. Whoa… really really cool… yup! They are back for F3 in the Philippines. I made an early reservation for the ticket and for the transportation, of course… yippee… I’m in! I only had an hour nap (this is because I watched this not-so-good Indo film, Brownies (zzz…zzz). Angga and the gang picked me up at 5 in the morning, we then gathered in the Indo Embassy, and waited for a couple of minutes for the chartered bus and the rest of the people. Took a couple of pics in the bus, then I spent all the time, sleeping, along the journey to Batangas Racing Circuit.

Woohoo… I was able to take pictures with Reno as soon as we arrived (hmm he is such a heartthrob ;>). Bought an AF3 T-shirt and later on, took pics with Nanda and Om Tinton.




The one and only good thing about today is that they both WON! There were 2 rounds, Ananda won both rounds in the overall division and Moreno won both rounds as well in the promotion class. Yeah great! The Indonesian anthem was played 4 times… oh… how proud we were… here are the pics…




Indonesians are so noisy… so here goes Nanda and Reno’s supporters. We didn’t really bother of the heat. We were all the way cheering for both of them… oh yeah, we never got tired of shouting their names… Go Nanda! Go Reno! Hahaha…

Left Batangas racing circuit at around 5… and arrived in Manila at around 730pm. Went home right away… and here I am, in front of the computer. So excited updating my blog. Whatta great weekend =)
